Chamberla Collector Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Chamberla Collector is a hobby app for tracking and verifying a physical video game collection and sharing it with friends. It is run by an individual developer (GitHub: FantaFreak04). This page explains what the app stores and how to remove it.

What stays on your phone

Your collection, settings, and streak days are saved on your device. You can use the app without an account. Nothing in this section leaves your phone unless you sign in and sync.

What is stored if you create an account

Who can see it

Friends and other users can see the profile information and collection you choose to share, and messages go only to their recipients. Members of a household can see that household's shared list and who added each game. The developer can access the database to run and moderate the service, including reviewing reports.

Where it is kept

Data is stored with Supabase, a hosted database service.

Other services the app contacts

To show prices, box art and game details, the app requests them directly from these services. Each one sees your device's internet address and what was requested, but not your account or collection:

This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts.

Advertising and tracking

The app has no ads, no ad networks and no analytics trackers. Your data is not sold.

Deleting your data

In the app, open Menu, then Account, then Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account and everything stored online for it, including your profile, synced collection, scans, friends, messages, comments, reviews, listings, events and household memberships. Households you own pass to another member, or are deleted if you are the only member. The collection stored on your own phone is not affected. Accounts that are suspended or banned cannot be deleted while the suspension is active; see the Rules and Terms. If you cannot use the app, email support@chamberlacollector.com and the account will be deleted.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and accounts are intended for people 13 and older.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will change and notable changes will appear in the app's patch notes.
